We offer the perfect intersection of trauma-informed and sexual health-focused therapy at an affordable rate (starting at $25/hr).

Healing Circle for Trauma Survivors

Respark Foundation will now offer a monthly Healing Circle for all survivors of sexual trauma/ harm. Via zoom, for any U.S. resident. In these meetings our host will guide the circle through their inner wisdom on various trauma-informed growth topics.
What is a Healing Circle? Healing circles are meant to bring us back to traditional healing conversations back around the archetypal campfire. Every tradition or culture may have it's own version.
Respark Foundation now offers a weekly counseling group for Texans with a history of sexual trauma/harm.
Every week clients in this counseling group will explore and endeavor to understand their trauma narratives and the impact of them on their daily lives. These sessions are open, meaning clients don't have to attend every week or consistently. For now this group will meet at 8pm CST on Tuesday’s, but we will be changing the time 3 times a year.
We especially welcome those from diverse backgrounds and cultures!
Respark Foundation is now offering a weekly virtual support group for those who are in the liberation phase of their sexual trauma healing journey. Mondays at 8pm CST.
During this online dance support group we will be dancing/activating to popular sexual empowerment anthems and non-lyrical music. We aim to get our spirits, sweat, and sometimes tears flowing in an empowering environment. We will end our time together with an emotional cool-down and a quick share.
The group is sliding scale $15-$30, pay whatever you can afford. Registration closes 48hrs before the group.

Navigating reentry into parts of life: this can include learning life skills, relearning or other household things you weren't able to manage because of an abusive relationship.

Our goal is to make therapy affordable; our services are priced from $25-$75 per clinical hour depending on household income. In order to completely address the impact of trauma on the whole person, we connect adult survivors of sexual harm with providers well-versed in a variety of interventions so that their skills, day-to-day functioning, identity, and relationships may recover.
